Coarse echo texture means loss of normal density of liver parenchyma or tissue which can occur due to many reasons. Splenomegaly means there is enlargement of spleen.And finally nephrolithiasis means you have some stones in your both kidneys.

* First is coarse liver parenchymal changes which means the normal cells or normal texture of your liver starts changing or some cells are destructed and the procedure can continue if not paid attention, there may be many reasons behind this like alcohol, high bp, obesity, some infection etc. However you can stop this after ruling out the exact cause.
